1. What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your order per the chart below. This is simply to cover our out-of-pocket shipping costs.

3. What is your return policy?
YOUR 100% SATISFACTION IS GURANTEED. We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order from the Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company. If for any reason, you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping & handling charges) or exchange. You are covered by this money back guarantee for a full 30 days from the date of your purchase. When returning any part of your order, please enclose a copy of the packing slip.

4. Is your site secure?

5. If I do not want to pay by credit card on-line, how can I pay?
No problem! We believe in the safety and security of sending credit information over the Web, however, we do provide an alternative method of ordering.
You can fax your order to us at 302-539-7572. Please be sure to include your credit card number with expiration date. Or, you can order by phone at 302-539-7700. We will gladly accept your personal check if you prefer to order by mail.

6. Can I ship an order to someone else as a gift?
Absolutely! On the checkout form there is space for you to enter a shipping address that can be different from the billing address (your own). You might also like to know we will include a FREE gift card using your text. You can add gift cards for each item on your order at checkout for no additional charge.

8. Can I buy on location at the firehouse?
Yes, simply stop by the Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company anytime from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to place your order. Bring the kids too for a free kid’s fire hat and a look at a real fire truck!

9. How can I make a donation on-line to the BBVFC?
Yes, all donations on and off line will be appreciated. Our fire company is supported for the most part by donations. Any and all gifts will be appreciated and we thank you for your generosity. For your convenience, simply click the “donations” button on our website home page.

10. How do you use the proceeds?
100% of your donation will go to our General Fund. More than 50% of the funding necessary to operate the Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company comes from donations. Fundraising is a large and necessary part of what we do in order to continue to protect our community. Thank you for your generous support.

11. How do I unsubscribe from your e-mail list?
If you choose to be on our e-mail list, you will receive updates once or twice a month. Rest assured that you will not be spammed because your e-mail address is never sold or used for other purposes. Should you ever want to be removed from the mailing list, simply opt-out.
